ELLE SCOTT series gets new life!
There's something I need to get off my chest. And I wanted you to hear it first, before I shout it from the rooftops.
Okay - deep breath - I'm jumping right into it...
I'm re-releasing
The Incandescent Series.
Sorry - not sorry - for shouting.
Because this isn't just like any regular relaunch. It's a full overhaul.
Here's what's changing:
New titles.
New covers.
Rewritten scenes.
Added scenes.
Removed fluff.
Changed from 1st person, past tense into third person, past tense.
Why?
It's a great question. And sometimes I even ask it to myself, because I underestimated how big of an undertaking it would be. I'm still in the midst of the massive 3 book rewrite.
The truth is this:
I wrote Ray of Light 12 years ago. Since then, I've released 8 more novels and 3 short stories. My work and style has changed. A LOT! Every now and then, I'd look over this sweet debut novel and think, "If only I wrote this with the skillset I have now." And then I thought, "Why not do just that?"
And so I am.
I'm also re-writing this series because I'm proud of the story, and more eyes need to find it!
